How To Use ?
Crush - Crush the tablet with your teeth and chew for a few seconds until it breaks down to form a paste
Brush- Wet your toothbrush and brush away as you normally would ( don’t forget to set your two-minute timer! ).
Smile- There’s no need to rinse, simply spit out the foam and let your eco-smile shine.

I got these toothpaste tabs to help with sensitive teeth and reduce waste. It took a couple of months but my sensitivity has cleared up. Teeth feel cleaner than with other toothpastes. The taste is good and not too strong. I don't feel the need to rinse after so you get a fresh tasting mouth after. Great product!

I am struggling to get used to these pills. They are brittle, hard to crunch, and produce a rather liquid toothpaste with little grits in it. My previous pills were easier to bite, and produced a paste more similar to traditional tube paste, with no grits.
