Dental Floss Refill

This dental floss has recently become much less strong than it used to be. I am now using 3-4 times more each day as it breaks too often. While I appreciate that non-plastic floss is not as strong as the alternative, I would expect the product to get better with time, not worse.

I was a loyal subscriber to this floss for a few years. I really liked that it was plastic-free and I genuinely found it more effective than any other floss I'd tried - really strong, comfortable on the teeth & effective at picking up food remnants. Unfortunately, NoWa seem to have changed how they make it and now the floss has a horrible friction against my teeth & breaks up into small threads that get stuck. I have had to cancel my subscription because I find it totally unusable, which is a real disappointment.

This floss is excellent and unlike some other environmentally friendly ones it is strong and doesn't break when I use it. (Well, I think it did once, but in 3 years I think that's very good!)

Why only 3 stars? Because I want to change my subscription and I cannot find the right page on your website. This has been an issue in the past. Rather than just telling me again where it is would you please amend your site so that it's much clearer where it is? It isn't showing up on my account at all. Do this and I'llk amend my rating to 5 stars!

I've been using NoWa dental tabs toothbrush and floss for over a year now and I'm disappointed with the last floss refill that I received. I believe the product has changed in some way. The floss frays and breaks leaving small pieces lodged between my teeth. I like the ethos behind the NoWa products and the refills have been good until now. I hope the company takes note and goes back to supplying the previous product which was much better quality.
